At Liberty Promenade, the lights never go out—and soon, they’ll shine even brighter, powered by the sun. We are excited to announce the launch of a groundbreaking rooftop solar installation project that will bring clean, sustainable energy to your favorite shopping destination.
This visionary initiative will transform our rooftop with cutting-edge solar panels, designed to capture renewable energy and significantly reduce our dependence on traditional power sources. By doing so, we’re not only guaranteeing a reliable energy supply for our shoppers and tenants but also advancing our commitment to environmental stewardship and a greener future.
We’re proud to share that Phase Two, Section One of the installation is now complete and fully operational. We are currently conducting final performance testing and system commissioning to ensure optimal results. This initial section alone is expected to contribute approximately 600 to 800 kVA directly to our main power grid, translating into meaningful utility savings and bolstering our dedication to energy efficiency.
